DWA-241 double point vinyl welding machine is designed to provide fast, easy, precise and safe welding for vinyl (PVC) window, fence and skylight profiles. This machine is capable of welding sloped sill window profiles as well as the regular profiles, and it is an excellent production tool.
 
Aslan DWA-241 automatic vinyl welder is ideal for welding vinyl profiles. DWA-241 automatic PVC welder has many uses in the production of window frames, fences and skylights. This machine comes with special features to weld standard profiles and as well as sloped sill window profiles. It has an automatic recognition feature for sloped sill profiles. One advantage of DWA-241 is that its welding fixtures can be changed quickly. Multiple welding jigs can be kept ready for various profiles, and they can be changed efficiently, which makes the processing of many profiles with one machine possible.
