Aslan PKS-503 automated aluminum upcut saws are designed to provide fast, easy, precise and safe cutting for vinyl (PVC), aluminum and non-ferrous metals. These saws are ideal for budget concerned fabricators who would like to have a competitive edge.
 
In PKS-503 automated aluminum saw, the blade stays under the machine’s work table inside a closed cabin for safety. The access to the saw blade is possible only via a bolted cabin door. A safety switch is installed at the top cover to make sure that the motor is powered only after the top guard is fully closed. The blade comes up only after the material is clamped.
 
In PKS-503 aluminum cutting saw, the saw blade moves up by a pneumatic system by pressing a foot pedal, and its speed can be set by a pneumatic speed controller inside the cabin.
 
Our PKS-503 upcut saws can be used for both miter cuts and straight cuts.
