Technical Features

● A circular chop saw with pneumatic drive, cutting speed progression to cut all kinds of aluminum, hard plastic or similar materials at 90 ° (straight cut).
● You can use different diameter saw blades. (Maximum saw blade diameter is 400 mm )
● Material feeding ( material cutting) is by a pneumatic grab-push-hold-cut-repeat system. It is an infinite drive system, unlimited to any length of profile.
● The profile stroke setting is done mechanically with a feeder system which is attached to the pneumatic group.
● The minimum cutting length is 5 mm (0.2 inch) and the maximum cutting length is 280 mm (11 inch) per single stroke. However, any length up to 7620 mm (25 ft) can be cut with multiple stroke feeding (progressive feeding system) on the machine.
● Cutting profile dimensions are maximum ( H x W ) : 120 x 200 mm (4.7 inch x 7.87 inch).
● The minimum piece height that can be cut is 20 mm (0.8 inch).
● The cutting precision is ± 0.2 mm (± 0.008 inch) for serial cutting for single stroke feeding. The cutting precision for progressive feeding system is calculated by adding a tolerance of ± 0.1 mm (± 0.004 inch) for each stroke.
● Wood dust blowing system ( It prevents the wood dust formed during cutting to accumulate on the table surface. )
● Efficient material cutting system ( the head position can be set lower to reduce the cycle time for each cut ).
● The number of cuts and cutting lengths can be stored in a memory for future use.
● Profiles are securely fastened to the machine table with vertical and horizontal pneumatic clamps.
● Safety guards for saw blade protection.
