Aslan US1-420 automated upcut saws are designed to provide fast, easy, precise and safe cutting for vinyl, wood, aluminum and non-ferrous metals.
 
In US1-420 automated up-cut miter saw, the blade stays under the machine’s work table inside a closed cabin for safety. The access to the saw blade is possible only via a keyed door. A safety switch is installed at the blade door to make sure that the motor is powered only after the door is fully closed. And also, there is a safety switch at the top cover which allows the blade to come up only after the cover is fully closed and the material is clamped.
 
In US1-420 up-cut saw, the saw blade moves up by a hydraulic and a pneumatic system. The operator has to press two buttons simultaneously to keep both hands away from the blade for safety. The rising speed of the blade is easy to set by a hydraulic speed controller on the front control panel.
 
Our US1-420 upcutting saws can be used for both miter cuts and straight cuts.
