CRY-250 Copy Router comes with 3 motors, and it is designed to cut aluminum and vinyl profiles quickly and precisely in one cycle. CRY-250 is used for drilling holes for handles, hinges, espagnolette and also for opening water drain slots on PVC and aluminum profiles. CRY-250 comes with pneumatic clamps and cooling system for fast operation.
 
Copy Routing with CRY-250 is the easiest and quickest way for making cut-outs of any shape on aluminum and vinyl extrusions.
 
CRY-250 Copy Routers work from inter-changeable, pre-designed metal templates on the machine. The shape is copied onto the extrusion by tracing the template via a copy pin. And a router bit produces the desired cut-out onto the extrusion.
 
The routing method is easy and can be done by any unskilled worker.
